Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate and confirm your return.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear

  • With all original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

For sanitary and hygiene reasons, any item that has been washed, worn, or used cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not resell worn clothing.

Washing, altering, or using a garment voids return and exchange eligibility.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you must first contact us at support@bayrue.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping labels.

If your return is approved, we will send instructions on where and how to send your package.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted and will be discarded.

Once you have contacted us to initiate the return, you must confirm whether you will be returning the item or accepting any other return agreement within the same 14-day period. Failure to confirm within this timeframe will invalidate the request.

The item remains your responsibility until it arrives at our facility. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Delivery time varies by carrier.

If your package has already been dispatched, refunds are only possible once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Furthermore, please be aware that the processing time for refunds may take up to 1-10 working days after approval has been granted depending on your banks processing time.

Late Returns
If your package arrives more than 30 days after the original delivery date, the return becomes ineligible and will be discarded.
Example: Delivered June 18 → Must arrive by July 17.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size or color is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet all eligibility requirements above.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@bayrue.com.

Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback does not replace our return process. If a dispute is filed for an item ineligible for return under this policy, all documentation — including delivery confirmation, timestamps, approval requirements, and policy terms accepted at checkout — will be submitted to the payment processor for review.
