Our global shipping & handling fee is a flat rate of $5.95 for all products and destinations. For an additional $4.99, you can opt for insured shipping to further protect your purchases up to a value of $350 USD.
BAYRUE partners with major international shipping companies like USPS, FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS who work with local couriers - allowing us to ship directly to your door and proudly offer flat rate worldwide shipping.
Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing. Our delivery will take 5-14 business days; However please be mindful that some orders may take 3-4 weeks for delivery due to international import barriers and customs protocols. You will be provided with the tracking number within 4-5 days after your order has shipped.
During the peak holiday period from Black Friday through New Years, we kindly ask for your understanding as processing and shipping may experience a delay of 2-4 business days. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure your order arrives as promptly as possible
You will be charged after your order and all payments were subject to verification and approval however before the order has shipped. Therefore, please be mindful that there might be a gap between the day you are charged and the day your order is shipped. To help fight credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.
When you place an order with BAYRUE, your parcel will be delivered to the shipping address you specify at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the address provided is accurate, as BAYRUE is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or inaccurate addresses. Once your order has been processed, we cannot make changes to the address or alter the course of the parcel. If an error occurs due to incorrect address information, BAYRUE will not be able to send a replacement parcel or issue a refund.
Additionally, BAYRUE is not responsible for parcels that remain unclaimed due to personal issues such as customs clearance problems, incorrect address details, inability to reach the address, or incorrect phone numbers provided by the customer. If a parcel is unclaimed within the specified time and subsequently destroyed, BAYRUE bears no liability. Furthermore, if the parcel is lost or stolen, BAYRUE will not be held responsible.
In the event that a parcel is returned to BAYRUE for various reasons including, non-payment of fees, duties, or taxes, incorrect address, or unclaimed at the post office, you will need to email
support@bayrue.com to arrange redelivery and may be responsible to pay for all postage costs.
Please note: If a reshipment is required due to incorrect or incomplete address details, unclaimed parcels, or other preventable causes, an $8 reshipment fee will apply.
Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments are not the responsibility of BAYRUE. Upon delivery of the products, you must inspect the products for any shortage or quality issues. You will be deemed to have accepted the products upon delivery and waived the right to make any claim unless you notify BAYRUE in writing within 7 days of receiving the products to
Risk in the Products will pass to you upon delivery to you. BAYRUE is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels that are delivered to the address provided during checkout. In the event that the parcel is missing, you are responsible for contacting the carrier or local authorities. We won’t be able to send you another parcel or make a refund. The responsibility of the parcel will pass to you upon our delivery of the product(s) to the carrier.
All delivery times quoted to you are indicative only. Products may be delivered in one or more parts. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays and any other delays caused by circumstances that are outside of our control.
Please note that all shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made.
Shipping Process
We start working on your order immediately. This process consists of sending the items of your order to our warehouse and preparing them for the international shipping process. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
We only ship during business days which does not include Saturdays or holidays.
We usually fulfill our orders in 1-3 business days on average. However, please be mindful that we experience elongated processing times around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. Orders are shipped out for delivery as soon as the stock availability is confirmed.
For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partners’ locations.
Deliveries
Once your order is shipped, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 5 to 21 days. Specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed. As soon as your order reaches your country, your local post office is responsible for sending your package to your home address.
We offer the following delivery estimates, by country, for your reference:
United States: 5-14 days, Alaska and Hawaii: 12-18 business days
International Shipments
EU: 5-14 days
Canada: 7-16+ days
Australia: 5-14 days
Asia: 5-10 days
Israel: 7-15+ days
South America: 7-21+ days (varies widely by importing country)
*Note: The days listed above are only estimates in business/working days. While we will do all that we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, BAYRUE cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees:
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. BAYRUE has no control over these charges, nor can BAYRUE predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged/Refused Packages:
BAYRUE is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, refused, or rejected packages by the recipient after shipment. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address provided at checkout and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier. BAYRUE is unable to issue refunds or send replacement parcels in such cases.
Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.
Returned to Sender Shipments:
In some cases, shipments marked by the carrier as “returned to sender” may not be physically returned to BAYRUE or our authorized shipping partners. This can occur due to standard carrier handling procedures, international shipping regulations, or customs processing outside of our control. If a shipment is marked as “returned to sender” but is not successfully received back by BAYRUE or our authorized shipping partner, the order will be considered finalized and fulfilled. In such cases, BAYRUE is not liable for refunds, reshipments, or store credit. Returned-to-sender shipments are not considered completed returns unless the parcel is physically received and inspected by BAYRUE.
Due to the worldwide abnormally high shipment volumes this holiday season, carriers are seeing an increase in order delays. Currently, this can result in shipping times between 1 and 4 weeks in some cases.
Please know that our team is working closely with carriers to get your package delivered. We are working hard around the clock to find solutions and ensure your package arrives as soon as the current situation allows.
